Develop and implement effective recruitment policy and procedures to develop high performing manpower.
Drive recruitment function and agenda for attracting, selecting and retaining talents in meeting manpower requirements of Pharmacity, especially carrying out successful and timely staffing of all new store opening (NSO).
1. Develop proper recruitment plan to attract and retain talents at optimum cost;
2. Responsible for effective execution of recruitment plans to meet manpower needs in operations;
3. Responsible for managing the Recruitment Team to provide successfully and timely staff for all NSO;
4. Keep abreast of compensation & benefits trends and movement in Vietnam to ensure continuous competitiveness in attracting and retaining manpower;
5. Plan recruitment budget and monitor approved budget vs actual;
6. Conduct human resources needs analysis within each department based on the business needs, and designs related recruiting plan;
7. Manage and coach the staff in Recruitment Team to select and recruit all positions in Store Support Center (SSC) and Stores. Participate in the selection/ interview of candidates for key positions;
8. Develop creative approaches to the recruitment process to increase talent sourcing including referral sourcing, internet sourcing, career fairs, networking…; advertise new vacancies internally and update the Bounce Careers webpage on a weekly basis;
9. Work with Organization Development and & Business Management System department to ensure that Job descriptions are developed for all positions in SSC and Stores;
10. Conduct market research to know about the approaches of attracting, retaining and educating talents by the firms within retail industry, then design and adjust the strategies of HR Department;

At least 05 year-experience in Recruitment at the same position.
Interview skills, assessment & selection skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities;
Good counseling/advisory skills, strategic thinking and critical analytical ability, objectivity and open-minded, ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions;
Well-organization and arrangement;
Confident to operate effectively in a big corporate environment that demands massive coordination, teamwork, open communication, innovation and performance orientation;
Results and people-oriented; service-minded and customer-focused
High energy level, flexibility
Fluency in both verbal and written English
