Responsibilities:
- Seek out, approach, and build relationships with clients (Online customers, Pharmacies, Insurance channels, agents, etc.).
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the actual needs of customers and the company's growth situation.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve high performance, increase conversion rates, and reduce costs.
- Build and manage a sales network, focusing on creating a customer ecosystem including both individual and corporate clients (Pharmacies, Insurance companies, Agents, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership agreements
- Focus on increasing sales, ensuring to meet and exceed sales standards, and optimizing revenue.
- Analyze customer data, resolve and handle customer issues to maintain satisfaction, and increase product engagement time with the company.
- Report results and performance indicators to the Director Manager.
- And an order task assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated in Business, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, Healthcare, or other related fields.
- Knowledge about healthcare, especially in pharmaceuticals or healthcare services and related fields such as insurance, corporate services, or health care.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously and work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to Business Trip for meetings with partners and conduct sales activities.
- Proficient with CRM tools and digital sales tracking systems.
